Blogs about design, art and everyday life in Sweden

If you can’t get enough of  reading blogs I might have some suggestions for you. If you also happen to have an interest in art and design these tips should be just perfect!

Talented illustrator Camilla Engman shares the world with us from her point of view with a lot of beautiful and playful pictures.

If you are looking for home styling inspiration, Emma Fexeus blog Emmas designblogg, is the one to pay a visit.

Antonia is the girl behind the blog Swedish Love Affair. Her blog is more from an everyday-life in-Sweden perspective but you can definitely tell her passion for fashion and photography by reading the blog.

If you want even more insight into the everyday life in Sweden, why not check out Surviving in Sweden?

And if you want to read more about Swedish design I strongly recommend our new fact sheet on the topic.

Hi how does one get to blog here? I have a featured blog on the local.se but really find their WordPress theme restrictive as you cannot post videos or photos with ease. I am a professional writer with three published novels and moved to Sweden back in October 2010. My blog generates a great deal of interest and I would love to use your portal to begin a new fresh blog about the move from the UK to Sweden. Also most of the blogs here seem to be focused a lot on Stockholm so maybe a new blog in another part of Sweden would generate a deal of interest. If you feel that you can adopt this happy Scottish man and incorporate a new blog onto this fantastic portal then please drop me a line at deanoinsweden@gmail.com

Would love to hear from you!

Hi Dean, can you provide us with a direct link to the blog you had on The Local or has it been taken off? Know that there are quite a few blogs that are inactive but still there, it would be nice to see what you’ve written in the past. We’re always looking for good bloggers.
