When my friend Australian journalist Caitlin was visiting with her adorable twins, I picked Rosendals Trädgård with its orchards, gardens, and wide green spaces as the ideal spot for our lunch/play date.
I was recently at Rosendals Trädgård, Kafé & Bageri – a greenhouse/cafe/bakery/garden/orchard – to try out some of their biodynamic organic dishes for lunch. Their breads are baked with biodynamic flour from the Saltå Kvarn mill in nearby Järna, and their dishes are cooked using seasonal ingredients and organic produce from KRAV-certified farms and growers.
