Drottningtorget (“Queen Square”) is a landmark area framed by Gothenburg’s central station and the massive Old Post Office building that’s now the Clarion Post hotel.

Though briefly, I loved meeting Magnus, Marcus, Marie, Anders, Executive Chef Jimmy Lappalainen, and more of the crew behind Norda Bar & Grill while in Gothenburg (Göteborg) on assignment and as much as I adore that city, Magnus with the “Göteborg” tattoo seems to love it more than I do.

While in Gothenburg reviewing properties for an assignment, I got to sample lunch made by 2010 Swedish Chef of the Year (Årets kock 2010), Gustav Trägårdh at Sjömagasinet.

Since 1874, Feskekörka (“Fish Church”) has been a recognizable landmark in Gothenburg, and is a fish market that houses four seafood vendors and two restaurants quite popular with lunch crowds.
