
Last week, I tried out a little French-inspired corner street restaurant called BYN Crêperie & Ciderie and dug into their spicy Chorizo crêpe for lunch. With winter (hopefully) around the corner, we’re moving fika life back indoors here in Stockholm.

Eating crepes off Torsgatan



The weather has been messing with us for weeks now. Temperatures are uncharacteristically warm for November and the leaves are almost gone. Yet no snow. No frost. Not that I’m complaining, but I’d really love to have some of that lush white coating of snow I’m beginning to love.









Stockholm’s first ever Halloween parade was held this weekend. Organized by Shockholm, a few hundred residents (dressed up as ghouls, witches, zombies, and other creatures of the night) went parading through town and ended up at Kungsträdgården to party the rest of the evening away.





Autumn is definitely here in full force in Northern Sweden, bringing along with it chilly temperatures, lots of rain, and fog. Bundled up in layers, we decided to take a stroll around one of Luleå’s oldest parks - Gültzauudden.
