Over the last 4o years, Gunnel has played the piano and currently plays as a professional pianist for the Kungliga Operan (The Royal Swedish Opera). Even more exciting is a bit of her personal history. Her grandfather had a ticket on the ill-fated Titanic but had to miss the ship because his passport wasn’t processed in time to make boarding.
When I first saw Tove’s work, I was blown away by her talent. 20 year old Tove has been drawing since she was three years old. The artist feels at home when she’s sketching with pencils, though she does use other mediums as well. She’s currently in art school and dreams of becoming a children’s book illustrator in the near future.
