Many locals will probably recognize legendary chef Leif Mannerström above; also one of the judges of Sweden’s Master Chef TV show. I was recently at his flagship restaurant, Kometen (“The Comet”) in Gothenburg updating a guidebook and he happened to be around sitting at the bar.
