Hi Kate! The “shoe tossing” has different cultural meanings depending a bit on the country: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoe_tossing Am unsure which meaning applies in Sweden, but don’t think these shoes are telling folks there’s a pusher man around the corner. Anyone else knows?
