“Saturday is a rugby day!” is a chant I screamed along with my teammates for 10+ years as a female rugby player in the US. So when I found out that the Stockholm Tens Rugby Tournament was being held this weekend in Årsta, I had to be there to take a few photographs of the teams which had flown in from various European countries.
Being there brought back many memories of traveling to and playing in various tournaments myself. While I’m currently retired from rugby, I may very well be tempted to put on some cleats again in the future…
