

I was recently at Rosendals Trädgård, Kafé & Bageri – a greenhouse/cafe/bakery/garden/orchard – to try out some of their biodynamic organic dishes for lunch. Their breads are baked with biodynamic flour from the Saltå Kvarn mill in nearby Järna, and their dishes are cooked using seasonal ingredients and organic produce from KRAV-certified farms and growers.
