While I love thin Swedish pancakes, I often crave fluffy thicker American-style versions once in awhile, and this past weekend, I checked out the newly launched “Weekend American Brunch” organized by multi-talented American recording artist Paris Renita at Stars and Stripes restaurant on Södermalm.
