Cultural Intelligence as a Key Competence for Leadership in Global Community – Alumni event held in Ukraine 18-19 September

On September, 18-19 the International workshop on cross-cultural competence and leadership, granted by the Swedish Institute, was held at Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University (Mykolaiv, Ukraine). Invitation: “Passive house – Active consumer”, 5 September in Ukraine

Below is an invitation from Georgii Valdenmaiier and Iuliia Shevchenko who received a grant in 2015 to organise an alumni event. 

Dear SI Alumni,

We would like to invite you to participate in the seminar “Passive house – Active consumer. Energy efficiency in residential sector” highlighting sustainable energy projects in Ukraine. The event is organized by SI alumni Georgii Valdenmaiier and Iuliia Shevchenko with support of the Swedish Institute.

One of the main goals of the event is to continue building the local SI Alumni network in Ukraine. Our ambition is that this event will assist in establishing new contacts, creating awareness about sustainable technologies in daily life, sharing of ideas and experiences of successful projects in Ukraine.  The event will include several short lectures about successive examples of energy-efficient buildings in Europe and Ukraine, ideas and examples of social initiatives and energy cooperatives, financial opportunities for optimizing energy consumption and renovating residential sector.
