Smart Living Challenge workshop

The issue of living smart became nowadays really topical. There are more and more countries, which realise that to live in a harmony with nature is a key to the sustainable future for our coming generations. There is no time to mediate upon the bad influence of global industries, continual production and consumption, which can create a phenomenon of an “invironmental refugee” already during the twenty-first century. Many landscapes, natural and water resources are affected in a non-remediable way and that is why every new idea or solution for a better future of our home planet counts.

All the participants were invited to follow a thorough guidance of Anders Wikström – a process leader and an expert in design, innovation, process learning and creative thinking. During the whole day, full of productivity and creative ideas, all the participants, who were devided into four small groups, were working upon an interesting and challenging task.

Idea development by Anders Wikström

With help of different methods, such as think tank, pros and cons discussions within small mixed groups, mind-maps and drawing of ideas in a form of comics, the participants from four groups were supposed to create a sustainable idea, which can really work on practice. The outcome from each group was recorded  and presented in a form of one-minute group presentation.
