  • How to achieve a gender equal labor market?
  • Why is a gender equal labor market necessary?
  • What effects will this perspective have on children?

The event will start off with opening speeches by the Vice Chancellor of SWPS, Prof. Teresa Gardocka, the Swedish ambassador to Poland, Staffan Herrström, and will continue with lectures by both Swedish and Polish experts. The seminar will be summed up with a panel discussion, moderated by the prominent author and journalist in Poland, Sylwia Chutnik.

All attendants will have the opportunity to see the photo exhibition; “Life Puzzle“, an exhibition on the experiences and challenges Swedes today face when balancing their professional life with family life.
